We process personal data under the following lawful bases as defined by Article 6 of the GDPR:
The GDPR provides you with specific rights regarding your personal data:
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, if so, access to that data along with supplementary information about how it is processed.
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete data completed.
Also known as the "right to be forgotten", you may request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including when the data is no longer necessary for its original purpose.
You have the right to request restriction of processing in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of your data.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently engage in such automated decision-making.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within one month. This period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
We will not charge a fee for responding to legitimate requests. However, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on a request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Where our processing activities are likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to identify and minimise data protection risks.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk, we will also notify affected individuals without undue delay.
We primarily process data within the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with Chapter V of the UK GDPR.
Given the nature and scale of our processing activities, we have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For any data protection enquiries, please contact us directly at [email protected].
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly or have not met your rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
Information Commissioner's Office
Wycliffe House, Water Lane
Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF

We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach the ICO, so please contact us in the first instance.
We review our GDPR compliance practices regularly and will update this page as necessary. Please check back periodically to stay informed of any changes.
